Did You Change The Batteries? | Jennifer Hoffman

In 2000 I got cable TV and after a few months, my cable stopped working, so I placed a service call to have it repaired. The cable guy came, picked up the remote, pushed a few buttons and asked me “Did you change the batteries in the remote?” I said “I didn’t know it took batteries, I thought it worked off the TV.” To his credit he didn’t laugh out loud but the look on his face told me he couldn’t believe what I had just said. So I got some batteries, he put them in the remote and it worked just fine. I am sure he has shared that story many times, gotten some good laughs from it, and the call center people were told to ask customers to change the batteries in the remote before they sent someone out to fix the cable.

Now I am fairly intelligent and I know how things work but since the remote worked by pointing it at the TV, I thought there was something in the TV that powered the remote. (I also never looked at the bottom of the remote since it’s the top part that holds the buttons.) The problem was not with the TV or the cable at all, I just needed to change the batteries in the remote. And our lives work in the same way. We create our reality, so what is going on in our reality isn’t powered by the reality itself, we are sending out the energy that is creating the situation. If we look to the outside and wonder what’s wrong with it, we are ignoring the need to make changes in the energy we are using to create that situation.

Our outside world has no power over us because it is our creation, just like the images we see on a television. Every challenging situation we experience began with an energy we set in motion, and if we want to change it, we have to create the change at the level of our energy outflows, just as we need to press a button on the remote to change the  TV channel.  The television won’t power the remote, the remote controls the TV. And when the situation no longer works for us, brings us joy, and does not serve our needs, the remote control may need new batteries, or in other words, we need to change the energy we are using to create our reality.

This is also seen in one of my favorite Universal laws, the Law of Cause and Effect which states that everything in our reality is a cause, or an outcome, and we are the effect, the creator. And as the creator, we have the power to create something different in every situation. As we approach a cosmic event this week, look at your life with detachment and discernment and if you don’t like what you see, check the batteries as you may need new ones.  And remember that the remote powers the TV and you can always change the channel, but if the remote isn’t working, don’t blame the television.

Blessings miraculous friend,

Can you feel the global unity vortex building? We've officially passed through the doorway to higher consciousness and our collective paradigm is mirroring it right back to us at lightning speed. Although getting here definitely had its ups and downs (and still feels quite challenging at times), soon we'll be able to unpack our belongings and finally get the opportunity to settle into our very new realities.

What's coming up for us energetically on the near horizon will feel inspiring, supportive, and new, yet with a hint of familiarity that will awaken within us a sense that we are finally home. This sense of being at home within ourselves and our surroundings has been something many of us have yearned to experience for lifetimes, so these new energies aligning with us and bringing us closer to this feeling are sure to be welcomed with open arms.

We're definitely on the verge of an epic homecoming. The sense I personally get about it all is that it seems as if a thousand-year-old drought is finally coming to an end, and everything that had once been barren and dry will become replenished and lush again. A big part of our global revival is a direct result of our collective consciousness moving out of lack mentality and back into our hearts where abundance mentality resides.

Integration

If we are noticing feelings of being scattered, exhausted, irritated, emotional, angry, or off balance in any way right now, it's just our mind integrating with our very new realities. When the mind feels it is 'losing' something, it works overtime to do everything in its power to hold on to what it thinks it's losing. Right now, more than ever, is an excellent time to set the intention daily to truly remind ourselves that we are far greater than just our thought patterns, mind and experiences. We are spiritual and infinite beings having a physical experience, rather than physical beings having a spiritual experience.

Because we are going through so many daily changes and shifts, it's easy for the mind to go into fight or flight mode, because it doesn't really know what to do. So,......

We’re in the final stretch of a very long journey, how do you feel? For some, there is relief, for others, disbelief that we’re already here. We have done so much and yet it feels like there is so much yet to do. Can we really be so close to the December 21, 2012 date and still feel like our journey has accomplished so little? But if we spend our time judging what we think has not been accomplished we are ignoring the more profound question — what was this journey supposed to look like and who said it should be so? Is it possible that we are exactly where we need to be, at the perfect time?

This is a long anticipated moment, the culmination of many lifetime cycles and in this month we will experience the last of the triple digit dates in this century, 12-12-12, the end of 13 year cycle (from 2000 to 2012), the end of galactic and universal cycles and the Mayan Calendar ends on December 21. All of these endings do not portend the end of humanity, a human cycle is ending so a new one can begin. We are witnessing the birth of the spiritual human and the evolution of humanity from 3D into 5D and beyond. An aspect of humanity has run its course and will be replaced by something else.

Aarden, aarden en versterken van ons immuunsysteem.

Alles bestaat uit trillingen, uit energie . Wij mensen zijn ook bundels van energie. Onze harten staan in verbinding met de energieën vanuit de kosmos. We kunnen energieën opnemen, dat is onze magnetische kracht. Maar wij kunnen ook energieën uitstralen, dat is onze elektrische kracht. Vraag een honderdjarige naar het geheim van een lang leven, en kleine kans dat het antwoord is ‘artsen, medicijnen en hippe diëten’. We weten allemaal dat er meer bij ons algehele welzijn komt kijken dan het bestrijden van symptomen en het af en toe vervangen van een ‘onderdeel’.
Het goede nieuws is dat wetenschappers uit verschillende disciplines steeds meer manieren ontdekken waarop we onszelf gezond kunnen houden zonder dure medicijnen en ingewikkelde trainingsschema’s. Hier zijn negen simpele, wetenschappelijk bewezen en af en toe verrassende manieren om ervoor te zorgen dat je de juiste keuzes maakt voor je lichaam en je gezondheid.

1. Lach naar hartelust
“Lachen is wellicht een van de weinige dingen in het leven die kunnen worden gedaan zoveel je wilt, en waarbij je altijd kunt profiteren van de voordelen,” vertelt dr. Michael Miller, directeur van het Centrum voor Preventieve Cardiologie aan de Universiteit van Maryland Medical Center. Als je ooit “LOLt” (laughing out loud) heb je geen bewijs nodig voor de genezende krachten van een potje lekker schuddebuiken. Dr Miller’s studies tonen aan dat lachen bloedvaten wijder maakt, en dat de endorfinen die vrijkomen bij het lachen de chemische stikstofmonoxide in de binnenkant van onze bloedvaten activeren en zo de vasculaire gezondheid bevorderen. 2. Word creatief ouder

Of deze boost in het immuunsysteem nou een gevolg is van een gevoel van persoonlijke groei of van het gevoel sociaal bezig te zijn, het is duidelijk dat het lichaam ervan houdt als je je verbeelding de vrije loop laat.

Learn to nurture yourself.
 


Somewhere along the line many women learn to put the needs of others before their own. In many ways this ability is one of our greatest feminine talents; nurturing is a trait that validates us as women and this quality of our nature should surely be treasured and celebrated.
But, why is it that so many of us feel guilty when it comes to nurturing ourselves? We feel selfish. We believe that we’re stealing time away from those that need us. Yet the truth is, you need to nurture yourself before you can successfully nurture others. This may sound self-indulgent, but it’s not. By taking care of your own needs you are recognizing and affirming that your own emotional, physical and mental health is just as important as that of others.
The truth is that, at least some of the time, you have to put yourself and your own needs first. If you love and care for yourself, you’re far better equipped to love and care for those that need you.

The 2012 Gateway Trajectory | Owen Waters

Owen Waters

2013 is almost here and it will bring a bright new dawn for everything related to the New Reality. Instead of being beset by multiple expiring cosmic cycles, we will become immersed in a new era where it becomes very easy to create positive new projects.

I learned from my primary guide – a senior member of the spiritual hierarchy who functions as the Lord Protector of The Shift – about a principle called the 2012 Gateway Trajectory.

This principle states that the pattern of consciousness that you have at the close of the cosmic cycles on December 21st, 2012 will influence your trajectory through experience for many thousands of years into the future.

The 2012 gateway is rather like a vortex. You enter it from one side, pass through the eye of the vortex where your pattern of consciousness is stamped or fixed within your aura, then you exit the vortex into a whole new set of multi-millennia cosmic cycles bearing that pattern.

As a spiritual seeker, you are a lightworker and therefore a leading thinker in the advancement of consciousness. You may have adopted one or more challenges to work through in this life so that you could create a pattern in the mind belt to make it easier for others to follow and heal their own lives.

You’ve borne those challenges, not so much because you need the experience, but because other people need pioneers to resolve the issues that are important today. The more the pioneers succeed in resolving their issues, the easier it becomes for the rest to follow.

The point of knowing this is so that you may resolve whatever challenges still face you before December 21st, 2012. As you head towards the 2012 gateway, it’s time to take inventory and see where you stand on matters of unfinished business.

Whatever gives you discomfort – even so much as a nagging doubt that all is not right – now is the time to address those issues. Anything that gives you a feeling of being out of harmonious alignment of mind, body and soul should be addressed and resolved.

Remember, you’re not the challenge that you are facing. You adopted it as something to master in order to make the way easier for others to follow the pattern you set in the global mind atmosphere. The average lightworker has already mastered those challenges in previous lives. They took the same challenges upon themselves in these critical days because they knew they could rise above and resolve those challenges in time to help set a pattern for others to follow and set themselves free.

If you are currently working through a major life challenge and feel as though you’re going round in circles and getting nowhere, stop and look for the gift in that challenge. The gift is that, by loving yourself and others more, you can rise above the challenge and become more of who you really are. Then, the experience changes from one of challenge to one of self-empowerment.

The solution to a challenge in the material world is typically not to be found in the material world at the level of the problem. The answer is found when you rise above that frequency and gain from the resources of the higher aspects of your mind. Fear-based challenges, for example, are always resolved by connecting with the strength and security of your inner being.

Real strength does not lie anywhere in the outside world. It lies within you. Once you find that inner power, you rise above any limitation and stand as a self-realized way-shower in a world desperate for spiritual freedom.

We can look forward to December 21st, 2012 as the gateway that marks the close of many cosmic cycles and the end of the functionality of the old ways.

The 2012 gateway is the beginning of a world full of opportunities. Positive action will come very easily when all the cycles begin anew and are running in their constructive, ascending mode.

Most of all, decide before then to make Spiritual Growth your number one priority and you will harvest an ever-increasing joy in the years ahead.

Make the 2012 gateway everything you want it to be. Make it a beautiful event opening into a wonderful future filled with joy and enlightenment!

Lieve lichtwerkers,

Alles wat niet meer resoneert met de liefde, houdt op te bestaan, valt uiteen. De kosmische Wet van Resonantie wordt steeds zichtbaarder op het wereldtoneel. Resoneren wil zeggen in harmonie trillen. Alleen resonerende elementen kunnen als krachten worden samengebundeld om een hogere vibratie of frequentie te bereiken. Deze hogere frequenties blijven toenemen, waardoor de lagere frequenties die resoneren, mee gaan trillen met de hogere frequenties, maar de lagere frequenties die niet resoneren in harmonie, deze elementen vallen uiteen.

Deze kosmische natuurwet wordt steeds zichtbaarder in onze wereld, veel oude onharmonieuze energieën worden zichtbaar om uiteen te vallen, gewoonweg te verdwijnen.

Dit biedt een opening voor het Nieuwe Leven in harmonie wat zich meer en meer aandient.
