If we find ourselves in energies of worry, lack, fear, doubt or any
similar vibrations, just remember that it's our mind trying to protect
us & keep us safe. The mind is like a beautiful little child doing
what it thinks is best for us. With this simple shift in awareness, we
can begin to thank & love our mind for trying to keep us safe all
these years the best way it knew how. When we can begin to love &
embrace our mind in this gentle way, it will feel safe loving &
embracing us right back.
